| 安全高效的氢气分离及提纯技术是氢能产业发展的关键环节,现有ⅤB族合金渗氢膜的抗氢脆性能普遍较差,迫切需要探索兼具高渗氢系数和优异抗氢脆性能的渗氢合金成分。本文自主提出高熵渗氢合金的设计理念,并通过真空水冷铜坩埚电弧熔炼炉制备了NbTiCoNiX(X=Mo,V,Fe)高熵渗氢合金,随后利用XRD、SEM等表征技术对3种合金的相组成和显微组织等进行分析,并通过自制的渗氢性能测量仪测试合金的渗氢系数和抗氢脆性能。结果表明:3种高熵渗氢合金均由BCCNb相和B2Ti(Co,Ni)相组成,符合“多相构成,功能分担”的渗氢合金设计理念。其中,Nb35Ti25Co20Ni10V10具有最佳的综合渗氢性能,合金在673 K下的渗氢系数为2.01×10-8 mol/(m·s·Pa0.5),并具有较好的抗氢脆性能,在473 K以上未发生氢脆破裂,高熵合金独特的“四大效应”使其实现了渗氢性能和抗氢脆性能的同步提高。 |

| Safe and efficient hydrogen separation and purification technology is the key to the development of the hydrogen energy industry. The hydrogen embrittlement resistance of existing ⅤB group metals and their alloys is generally poor; thus, the hydrogen separation alloy with a high hydrogen permeability coefficient and excellent hydrogen embrittlement resistance is urgently demanded. In this work, we independently proposed the design concept of high-entropy hydrogen permeation alloys and prepared NbTiCoNiX (X=Mo,V,Fe) high-entropy alloys by using a vacuum water-cooled copper crucible arc melting furnace. The phase structure and microstructure of three high-entropy hydrogen permeation alloys were characterized by XRD and SEM. Meanwhile, the hydrogen permeability coefficient and hydrogen embrittlement resistance of three alloys were tested by the self-developed hydrogen permeation performance measuring equipment.
