为提高镁合金双层板结构超塑成形/扩散连接的成形质量,运用MSC.MARC有限元分析软件,对镁合金双层板结构波纹件超塑成形/扩散连接(SPF/DB)成形过程进行了三维数值模拟.在粘塑性有限元法的基础上采用罚函数方法,模拟得到波纹件在不同成形阶段的成形规律以及壁厚分布规律,并对波纹件在成形过程中潜在危险区域进行了预测,同时对镁合金双层板结构波纹件SPF/DB成形过程进行了实验研究.结果表明,实验和模拟所得的波纹件壁厚分布规律具有良好的一致性,为控制波纹件的成形质量和预测成形缺陷提供了理论依据.波纹件各区域的空洞金相组织观察分析表明,波纹件壁厚减薄越大,空洞尺寸和体积分数也越大,从而导致零件危险区域的出现. |

To improve the forming quality of double-sheet panel structure of magnesium alloy,the SPF/DB process was simulated by MSC.MARC.Penalty function method based on rigid/visco plastic finite element method was applied to obtain the forming law and thickness distribution at different forming stages of corrugated part,and the risky point was predicted.Also a SPF/DB experiment for double-sheet panel structure of magnesium alloy corrugated part was carried out successfully,and it is found that the calculated thickness distribution agree well with the experimental one.Meanwhile the cavities of different areas of corrugated part were observed,and the thinner the area was,the larger the cavity was,so did the volume fraction. |
