为研究钒氮微合金钢的动态再结晶动力学及影响因素,选取3种对比成分的钒氮微合金钢发生动态再结晶的流变应力曲线,利用硬化速率-应力(θ-σ)曲线获得了饱和流变应力σsat、峰值应力σp、动态再结晶临界应力σc及稳态应力σss的准确值及上述特征应力值与σp的依赖关系,回归得到应变速率敏感的中碳钒氮微合金钢动态再结晶临界应变εc和峰值应变εp与Zener-Hollomon参数的关系式.建立了中碳钒氮钢及对比钢的热变形动态再结晶Avrami模型,分析了变形温度、应变速率和C及V、N含量对Avrami曲线的影响.结果表明:变速率比温度对中碳钒氮钢动态再结晶Avrami曲线的影响显著;C元素对中低碳钒氮微合金钢动态再结晶起促进作用;V和N对动态再结晶动力学的影响对应变速率比较敏感,高应变速率和低应变速率下元素的影响规律不同. |

To investigate the dynamic recrystallization kinetics of vanadium-nitride microalloyed steel during hot deformation and its influence factors,flow curves under dynamic recrystallization(DRX) conditions of 3 kinds of V-N microalloy steels were got by experiments so that the saturation stress σsat,peak stress σp,critical stress σc and steady-state stress σss were obtained from the θ-σ curve.Based on these.The relationships of critical strain εc and peak strain εp with the Zener-Hollomon parameter were obtained too by regression and an Avrami model for V-N microalloy steels was established.The effect of strain rate,temperature and content of C,V and N on Avrami model was studied.The results show that the strain rate has the most significant effect on Avrami curves of vanadium-nitride microalloyed steel under DRX than the temperature,and the carbon element promotes DRX for medium-carbon vanadium-nitride microalloyed steel.The influence of vanadium and nitride on DRX kinetics is sensitive to the strain rate and the influence rules are different under different strain rate. |
