Abstract: |
To study the fundamental and technology of preparation process of ultrafine NiO powder by spray roasting method, the feed solution of NiCl2·6H2O was sprayed by using an two-channel inner mixed air-blast nozzle and subsequently roasted in an erective tubular resistance furnace with compressed air as carrier gas, then the ultrafine NiO powder was obtained. The results show that pure NiO powder are prepared successfully using direct spray roasting method at 750 ℃,and the powder appears a spheres-like morphologies, and has good uniformity size and high crystallinity.Different carrier gas does not affect the product breed.Comparing with traditional calcining pyrolysis route of nickel carbonate, the solution spray roasting method is a simple environmentally friendly process-controllable technique without greenhouse gas emissions. |
