为研究铁尾矿的粒度分布对铁尾矿反应活性的影响,测试了4种不同粉磨时间的铁尾矿的粒度分布,采用分形理论,计算了铁尾矿粒度分布的分形维数,研究了铁尾矿粒度分布的分形维数与铁尾矿的平均粒度、比表面积、砂浆抗压强度及活性指数的关系.研究表明,随着铁尾矿粒度分布的变化,分形维数与其比表面积、活性指数均呈现良好的线性正相关,相关系数分别为0.974 4和0.969 5;分形维数与粒径D50、D90呈现良好的线性负相关,相关系数分别为-0.995 2和-0.931 7.分形维数对胶砂试块28 d的抗压强度影响较大,相关系数为0.982 9,对胶砂试块3 d的抗压强度影响较弱,相关系数为0.951 8. |

Fractal research on the particle size distribution and activity index of iron ore tailings powder |

To study the effect of particle size distribution on reactivity of iron ore tailings(IOT), four different particle size distribution of IOT were tested, and its fractal dimension was also calculated by the fractal theory. Relationships among the particle size distributional fractal dimension and average particle size, specific surface area, compressive strengths of mortars and activity index were analyzed. The results suggested that positive linear correlation index was obtained between the particle size distributional fractal dimension and specific surface area of the IOT, and the activity index of mortars of which the correlation index were 0.974 4 and 0.969 5, respectively. In addition, negative linear correlation index was obtained between the particle size distributional fractal dimension and average particle size (D50) and D90. The correlation indexes were -0.995 2 and -0.931 7, respectively. The fractal dimension has much more significant effect on the 28 d compressive strength of mortars than that of 3 d, with different correlation index of 0.982 9 and 0.951 8, respectively. |
