多孔立方Cu2O纳米膜的制备及吸附性能

摘要:
为探究一种绿色环保、操作简单、反应条件温和的特殊形貌结构Cu2O合成法,采用液—液界面反应成功制备了多孔立方Cu2O自组装纳米膜.探究了不同反应条件对样品形貌结构的影响,用X射线衍射分析仪、扫描电子显微镜对该膜进行表征,研究了其在不同吸附条件对甲酚红的吸附效果.结果表明:当CuCl2浓度较低时产物为规则的立方结构,随着浓度的升高,立方结构会受到破坏并逐渐向球形转变,温度过高时膜的致密度会遭到破坏;水相pH值越高,立方结构的孔隙率越低,油相试剂则对样品形貌和孔隙率都有影响;当反应体系为正丁醇—水、CuCl2浓度为50 mmol/L、水相pH=10.00时,产物是边长200~500 nm的多孔立方体均匀分散形成的Cu2O膜,膜的厚度约600 nm.该多孔立方膜对甲酚红的吸附效果很好,当吸附时间为60 min、初始质量浓度为30 mg/L、溶液pH为2.00、吸附剂投加量为0.02 g、温度为30 ℃时,吸附率可达86.37%.

Preparation and adsorption performance of cubic nano-porous Cu2O film

Abstract:
In order to explore a Cu2O synthesis method which is environmental friendly, sinnple to operate, and only needs mild reaction conditions, self-assembled cubic nano-porous Cu2O film was prepared by liquid-liquid interfacial reaction. The relationship between reaction conditions and the structure and morphology of Cu2O film was investigated by analyzing the samples under different reaction conditions with XRD and SEM. The capacity of the sample to adsorb cresol red was studied under different adsorption conditions. Result shows that structure and morphology of Cu2O film depended on the concentration of CuCl2. The product was a regular cubic structure under low CuCl2 concentration condition, and with the increase of the concentration, the cubic structure was destroyed and changed to the spherical shape gradually. In addition, the density of the film would be destroyed under high temperature. The pH of the aqueous phase was inversely related to the porosity of the cubic structure, and the oil phase reagent had effects on the morphology and porosity of the sample. When the reaction system was n-butanol-water, CuCl2 concentration was 50 mmol/L, aqueous phase pH was 10.00, the product was Cu2O film formed by uniformly separated porous cubics with an average length of 200~500 nm and the thickness was about 600 nm. When the adsorption time was 60 min, solution concentration was 30 mg/L, the pH was 2.00, the dosage of Cu2O was 0.02 g, and the reaction temperature was 30 ℃, the sample had good adsorption effect for cresol red solution being about 86.37%.
