金刚石光学窗口相关元件是一种将金刚石优异的光学性能,与其他优异的力学、热学、电学性能和化学性能相结合,通过微波等离子体化学气相沉积工艺等多种合成方法制备的具有不同几何结构、可在极端条件下使用的一类光学器件。本文将以X射线、深紫外到微波范围内不同波段对应的不同种类的光学元件应用为基础,对近年来国内外发展起来的金刚石光学元件的种类、制备与加工进行综述,总结了光学窗口元件的研究现状,并对未来的发展方向进行了展望。 |

Diamond optical window-related component is a class of optical device with different geometric structures that is synthesized by various methods such as microwave plasma chemical vapor deposition process, which can be used under extreme conditions due to its excellent optical properties, as well as its mechanical, thermal, electrical, and chemical properties. In this paper, the types, preparation, and processing of diamond optical components are reviewed based on the application of different kinds of optical components corresponding to different bands from X-ray,UV to microwave. The current research status is summarized, and the outlook of the future developments of this field is put forward. |
