单向预应变对X70大变形管线钢拉伸性能的影响

摘要:
对X70大变形管线钢进行应变量小于2.5%的单向预拉伸和预压缩应变处理,而后卸载,再次拉伸至断裂,研究单向预应变对管线钢拉伸性能的影响。结果表明:同种单向预应变时,不同预应变量下管线钢的弹性变形、屈服变形和形变强化特征基本相同,弹性应变总体上随预应变量的增大而增大;预拉伸后再次拉伸时,管线钢在应变ε小于0.5%即发生屈服变形,Rt0.4较准确地表征了真实屈服强度,可将Rt0.4作为预拉伸管线钢屈服强度的限值,Rp0.2、Rt和屈强比随预拉应变量的增大而增大;预压缩后再次拉伸时,管线钢在应变ε小于0.1%即发生屈服变形,屈服软化现象明显,Rt0.88可作为预压缩管线钢屈服强度的限值,Rt和屈强比随预压应变量的增大而减小,Rp0.2没有明显变化;单向预应变对管线钢的Rm、A、AUEL以及形变强化能力的影响较小。

Effect of uniaxial pre-strain on tensile properties of X70 high deformability pipeline steel

Abstract:
Uniaxial pre-tension and pre-compression treatment were carried out on X70 high deformability pipeline steel at a slow strain rate until a strain of < 2.5%, and the applied load was removed, and the steel was subjected to uniaxial tension again to failure. The effects of uniaxial pre-strain on the tensile properties of the pipeline steel were investigated. The results show that the pre-strained pipeline steel features similar elastic and yield deformation and deformation strengthening regardless of the pre-strain value, and elastic strain increases generally with increasing pre-strain value. A tensile test was conducted on the pre-tension pipeline steel. The yield deformation begins when the strain ε is less than 0.5%; here, Rt0.4 precisely characterizes the true yield strength and can be used as the upper limit of the yield strength, Rp0.2;Rt and Rt/Rm ratio also increase with increasing pre-tension strain value. The tensile test was also conducted on the pre-compression pipeline steel. The yield deformation begins when the strain ε is less than 0.1%; the pipeline steel shows significant yield softening phenomenon, and in this case, Rt0.88 precisely characterizes the true yield strength and can be used as the upper limit of the yield strength. Rt and Rt/Rm ratio decrease with increasing pre-compression strain value, while Rp0.2 does not change significantly. Uniaxial pre-strains hardly affect the Rm, A, AUEL, and deformation strengthening ability of the pipeline steel.
