为了满足新能源汽车高功耗三电系统对铝制壳体结构件导热和力学性能的双重要求,在Al-Mg-Si系6063铝合金中引入过渡元素Ni,借助光学显微镜及扫描电子显微镜检测、考察并量化不同Ni添加量对合金微观组织形貌及其分布的影响,分析其导电/热及力学性能的变化规律。结果表明,Ni元素的添加造成铸态合金热导率的小幅度下降,但极大地提升了其力学性能。当Ni添加量为2.5wt.%时,铸态Al-Mg-Si-2.5Ni合金的热导率为198.2 W/(m·K),屈服强度和抗拉强度分别为87.5 和194.7 MPa,分别提高了70.2%和72.3%,其热导率的变化行为遵循含形状因子修正项的Maxwell方程。 |

Effect of transition elements nickel on microstructure and properties of Al-Mg-Si alloy |

Abstract: |
To meet the dual requirements of the aluminum shell structure′s thermal and mechanical properties for the high-power EIC system of new energy vehicles, the effect of Ni addition on the microstructure morphology, electrical/thermal conductivity, and mechanical properties of Al-Mg-Si alloy were investigated using OM and SEM. The results indicated that the addition of Ni slightly reduces the thermal conductivity of the as-cast alloys but considerably enhances the mechanical properties. When 2.5wt.% Ni was added to the as-cast Al-Mg-Si-2.5Ni alloys, its thermal conductivity increased to 198.2 W/(m·K), and the yield strength and tensile strength were 87.5 MPa and 194.7 MPa, which were increased by 70.2% and 72.3%, respectively. With the increase of Ni content, the behavior changes of thermal conductivity conform to the modified Maxwell equations. |
