以氧化石墨烯(GO)、硝酸银和聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)为原料,制备了纳米银片/改性石墨烯(rGO-PEI-AgNPs)复合材料,并以二浸二轧的方式处理到棉织物上。通过FTIR、XPS、XRD、UV等测试手段对rGO-PEI-AgNPs材料以及rGO-PEI-AgNPs材料负载的棉织物进行结构表征,利用矢量网络分析仪(VNA)对rGO-PEI-AgNPs材料及其负载棉织物进行了微波吸收性能测试。SEM测试结果显示,GO-PEI材料表面成功生长了三角形状的纳米银片。研究表明,当rGO-PEI-AgNPs的质量分数为5 %时,材料的最小反射损耗可达到-37.8 dB,织物的最小反射损耗可达到-29 dB。本文制备的米银片/改性石墨烯(rGO-PEI-AgNPs)复合材料,能够有效赋予棉织物微波吸收性能,不仅可促进功能性纺织品发展,也拓宽了吸波材料的应用范围。 |

The rGO-PEI-AgNPs composite material was prepared using oxidized graphene (GO), silver nitrate, and polyethylene imine (PEI) as raw materials, and was used on cotton fabric by double dipping and double rolling.Structural characterization was conducted on the rGO-PEI-AgNPs material and cotton fabric loaded with rGO-PEI-AgNPs material by FTIR, XPS, XRD, UV,and other test methods. Microwave absorption performance tests on rGO-PEI-AgNPs material and loaded cotton fabric were performed using a vector network analyzer (VNA). SEM test results show that a triangle-shaped nano-silver sheet successfully grew on the surface of the GO-PEI material. Results show that when the mass fraction of rGO-PEI-AgNPs was 5%, the minimum reflection loss of the material could reach -37.8 dB, and that of the fabric could reach -29 dB.The prepared rGO-PEI-AgNPs composite material can effectively impart microwave absorption properties to cotton fabric, which not only promotes the development of functional textiles, but also broadens the application range of absorbing materials. |
