为对渗碳12CrNi3合金钢提供一种安全可靠的高周疲劳强度预测方法,本文利用高频疲劳测试机,在104~108循环周次内对渗碳12CrNi3合金钢疲劳试样开展应力比为-1的高周疲劳实验。采用灰色估计法对渗碳12CrNi3钢疲劳数据的威布尔W(α,β,γ)参数进行评估,并通过估算的威布尔参数,进一步确定渗碳12CrNi3合金钢强度预测模型的参数。考虑应力-寿命关系,结合疲劳数据的威布尔分布规律,建立了失效概率为1%时的渗碳12CrNi3合金钢高周疲劳强度预测模型。从预测疲劳强度安全可靠性出发,通过均方误差(MSE)方法对模型进行修正,并将修正后模型99%MSE下界线与渗碳12CrNi3合金钢疲劳寿命P-S-N曲线(不同存活率P的S-N曲线)进行对比,研究发现12CrNi3合金钢疲劳寿命数据点均位于模型99%MSE下界线内,预测结果很好。研究表明,在以渗碳12CrNi3合金钢为材料,加载方式为拉压条件下的实际工程中,修正后模型99%MSE下界线可以更安全地作为构件可靠性设计的下界。 |

Prediction model for fatigue strength of carburized 12CrNi3 steel based on mean square error correction |

To provide a safe and reliable high cycle fatigue strength prediction method for carburized 12CrNi3 alloy steel, we carried out high cycle fatigue tests with a stress ratio of -1 on carburized 12CrNi3 alloy steel fatigue specimen in 104~108 cycles by using a high frequency fatigue testing machine. The Weibull W(α, β, γ) parameters of fatigue data of carburized 12CrNi3 steel were evaluated by grey estimation method. The parameters of strength prediction model of carburized 12CrNi3 alloy steel were further determined by the estimated Weibull parameters. Considering the stress-life relationship and the Weibull distribution of fatigue data, a prediction model for high cycle fatigue strength of carburized 12CrNi3 alloy steel with failure probability of 1% was established. From the perspective of predicting the safety and reliability of fatigue strength, the model was modified based on mean square error (MSE) method. By comparing the lower boundary of 99%MSE of the modified model with P-S-N curve (S-N curves for different survival rates P) of fatigue life of carburized 12CrNi3 alloy steel, it was found that the fatigue life data points of 12CrNi3 alloy steel were located in the lower boundary of 99%MSE of the model, and the prediction results were good. The results show that in the practical engineering with carburized 12CrNi3 alloy steel as material and loading mode of tension and compression, the lower boundary of 99%MSE of the modified model can be used as the lower boundary of component reliability design more safely. |
