石墨烯拥有不同于传统材料的特殊性能,如优异的结构力学性能以及导热性能,自被发现以来即获得广泛的关注,其中一个重要应用是作为增强相来增强金属基材料,从而获得高性能的结构和功能复合材料。近年来为了满足复合材料性能优化及结构精密复杂的需求,对其制造方法提出了更高的要求。选区激光熔化(Selective Laser Melting, SLM)作为增材制造技术的一种,避免了传统制造技术成本高、周期长、精度低等问题,可更加灵活地实现功能-结构-材料一体化。本文总结了SLM制备石墨烯及其增强金属基(铝、镍、钛、铁、铜)复合材料的应用研究与发展现状,讨论了石墨烯增强金属基复合材料所面临的主要问题,并展望了石墨烯增强金属基复合材料的应用与发展前景。 |

Abstract: |
Graphene possesses special properties different from traditional materials, such as excellent mechanical properties and thermal conductivity. It has attracted extensive attention since it was discovered. One of the important applications is to strengthen metal matrix materials as reinforcement to obtain high-performance structural and functional composites. In recent years, in order to meet the needs of composite with optimized and complex structure, higher requirements have been put forward for its manufacturing method. Selective laser melting (SLM) is a kind of additive manufacturing technology, which avoids the shortcomings of high cost, long cycle and low precision of traditional manufacturing technology, and can more flexibly realize the function-structure-material integration. This paper summarizes the application research and development status of graphene reinforced metal matrix composites (aluminum, nickel, titanium, iron, copper) prepared by SLM. In addition, the main problems in graphene reinforced metal matrix composites were discussed. Moreover, we look forward to the application and development prospects of graphene reinforced metal matrix composites. |
