摘要: |
为实现特低渗透油藏的开采,回注水的稳定达标尤为重要.通过对常规的物理化学方法处理工艺各阶段水质进行分析,发现悬浮固体的去除效果很不理想,且系统运行不稳定.采出水的气相色谱/质谱分析结果表明,其中大部分有机物可实现生物降解.在此基础上,采用混凝-MBR工艺对采出水进行处理,回注水各项指标均能满足《碎屑岩油藏注水水质推荐指标及分析方法》(SY/T5329-1994)的要求,且出水稳定.利用生物法处理特低渗透油田采出水不仅能够保证回注水稳定达标,而且能够避免添加化学助剂带来的二次污染. |

It is important to guarantee the re-injected water quality for the exploitation of the extra-low permeability oilfield. The produced water analysis demonstrates that the conventional physical-chemical methods can not meet the stable re-injected water requirements,especially the removal of suspended solids. Gas chromatography/mass spectrometry analysis was performed to identify the presence of organic compositions of produced water. The results show that most of organic matters are biodegradable. On this basis,this paper studied the treatment of produced water for extra-low permeability oilfield by coagulation-MBR process,and the re-injected water reached the standard stably and continually. The biological treatment as an environmental friendly method on the produced water of extra-low permeability oilfield is recommended. Biological treatment on produced water of extra-low permeability oilfield can ensure the stable re-injected water and avoid the secondary pollution caused by the addition of chemical agents. |
