摘要: |
为了提高非圆齿轮加工精度,解决磨床设计周期长、造价高的问题,基于一种非圆齿轮成形砂轮展成磨削法原理,提出了在三轴非圆齿轮插齿机上改装成形磨头,实行非圆齿轮磨齿加工的方法.利用非圆齿轮插齿加工原理,解决了在插齿机上进行无干涉无抬刀分度的问题;同时利用平面运动转化理论,实现了四轴运动到三轴运动的转化,使非圆齿轮磨齿加工可以应用于实际生产中,该方法有利于非圆齿轮在齿面硬度要求高的领域应用。 |

Abstract: |
In order to overcome the problems of long design cycle and high costs of grinding machine and improve the accuracy of noncircular gear,a new noncircular gear grinding method,based on 3-axis noncircular gear shaping machine has been put forward by adding form-grinding.Dividing motion data with no interference and no putting grinder up has been deduced using noncircular gear tooth generated method in the shaping process.A simple function could translate 4-axis motion data to 3-axis motion data in noncircular gear grinding process.The problem that it is difficult to grind noncircular gear hard tooth has been solved,that makes noncircular gear grinding with high accuracy became possible. |
