摘要: |
为了研究燃气管线大孔亚临界流泄漏的计算方法,对燃气管线大孔泄漏的泄漏特征进行分析,以小孔泄漏模型和管道破裂模型为基础,建立了大孔亚临界流泄漏模型,给出了大孔亚临界流泄漏强度的计算公式.为考察计算公式的正确性和适用性,搭建了燃气管线泄漏强度测定实验台,测试了不同泄漏孔径和入口压力下大孔泄漏强度的变化.将实验测试结果与理论计算结果进行对比分析,结果表明,燃气管线大孔亚临界流泄漏模型在泄漏孔径较小时吻合程度很好. |

Abstract: |
To determine the calculation formula for subcritical flow big leakage,its character was analyzed in gas pipelines.Based on the small hole model and the pipeline breaking model,a big nozzle model was build and a calculation formula was given for the leakage intensity.Tests were carried out to measure the leakage intensity under different pressure and aperture and to verify the accuracy and applicability of the calculation formula.It is shown that the calculated result agrees well with the measuring one when the nozzle size is small. |
