聚氧乙烯(PEO)基全固态复合电解质可作为高能全固态锂电池的电解质膜材料.采用溶液浇铸法,以PEO为基质,LiClO4为锂盐,聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)和柠檬酸(CA)及无机纳米粉体(NCA)做性能改进剂,制备PEI-PEO-LiClO4-CA-NCA全固态复合聚合物电解质(SCPE)膜,对其进行X射线衍射(XRD)表征和交流阻抗(EIS)测试.结果表明,PEI和NCA等的加入降低了PEO的结晶度,大大提高材料的室温电导率.所制备的SCPE膜的室温(25℃)电导率达5×10-4 S.cm-1,具有很好的力学强度和柔韧性. |

Polyethylene oxide(PEO)-based solid composite polymer electrolyte(SCPE) may be used as electrolyte material in high energy density all solid lithium batteries.The SCPE films made from PEI-PEO-LiClO4-CA-NCA were prepared using a solution casting method when PEO was used as matrix,LiClO4 as Li+donor,polyethylene imine(PEI),citric acid(CA),inorganic nano-powder(NCA),were used as properties improver.The products were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and the electrochemical impedance spectra(EIS) of the SCPE had been measured.The results show that the additives decrease the crystallinity of the SCPE films,improve the conductivity of the PEO-based SCPE.The conductivity of the SCPEreached 5×10-4 S·cm-1(25 ℃),while retaining a good mechanical strength and flexibility. |
