为了有效评价沥青路面就地热再生过程中旧路面沥青混合料的拌和分散性,保障就地热再生拌和工艺质量,设计一种简单可行的室内拌和筛分试验,通过室内模拟拌和与筛分试验,研究就地热再生过程中不同加热温度,不同拌和时间,再生剂的加入对就地热再生混合料分散性的影响.试验结果表明:当旧料加热温度由110 ℃提高至120 ℃时,旧料的拌和分散性明显提高;当旧料的拌和时间由1 min延长至2 min时,旧料的拌和分散性也会得到明显改善;加入再生剂后,再生剂能够起到软化旧料的作用,从而改善旧料的拌和分散性.旧料的加热温度,拌和时间以及再生剂的加入是影响旧料拌和分散性和就地热再生拌和工艺质量的3个关键因素.提高旧料的加热温度,延长旧料的拌和时间以及添加软化作用良好的再生剂均能够有效改善旧料的拌和分散性,提高就地热再生工艺质量. |

To evaluate the dispersive performance of aged asphalt mixture during hot in-place recycling of asphalt pavement and guarantee the hot in-place recycling construction quality, a simple and easy-doing blending and screening test was designed. By in-laboratory blending and screening tests, the influences of different heating temperatures, different blending time and recycling agents on the dispersive performances of aged asphalt mixtures were evaluated. The results indicated that, the heating temperature of 120 ℃ resulted better dispersive performance of aged asphalt mixture than 110 ℃; the blending time of 2 mins resulted better dispersive performance of aged asphalt mixture than 1 min; and the recycling agent could improve the dispersive performance of aged asphalt mixture. Thus, higher heating temperature, longer blending time and good recycling agent can improve the construction quality of hot in-place recycling asphalt pavement. |
