Domestic and foreign research status and progress in the field of ultra-precision machine tool is reviewed, and the development tread is given. Based on the analysis of the main issues and the gap between foreign country and our country in the field of ultra-precision machine tool, the development strategies and countermeasures in the basic research, technology and industry are put forward. |
