为研究高效的空气净化材料性能,采用涂覆技术制备了不同固含量氧化石墨烯(GO)薄膜,并测试了其对室内污染物的吸附性能及薄膜综合性能。采用扫描电镜(SEM)、电子能谱(EDS)、X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)和拉曼光谱对薄膜的形貌、成分及结构进行表征。研究表明,本文制备的GO薄膜综合性能优异,且对颗粒污染物(PM2.5、PM10)、甲醛(HCHO)及挥发性有机物(VOCs)的去除率达到97%、 97%、 91%和55%。当风速为0.3 m/s、压降18 Pa时,固含量40 mg/mL的GO薄膜(PP@40GO)对PM2.5去除率为97%,且具有较高的品质因素(QF)0.194 8 Pa-1。本文制备的GO薄膜具有良好的综合性能。 |

Preparation and properties of GO films for efficient purification of indoor air pollution |

Since people live in indoor for most time, indoor air pollution can seriously affect their body.In order to study the performance of efficient air purification materials,graphene oxide (GO) films with different solid contents were prepared by coating technology. The adsorption properties of indoor pollutants and the comprehensive properties of GO films were examined.The morphology, composition and structure of the films were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), electron spectroscopy (EDS), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and Raman spectroscopy.The results show that the GO film exhibits excellent comprehensive performance and the removal rates of particulate pollutants (PM2.5, PM10), formaldehyde (HCHO) and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are 97%, 97%, 91% and 55%, respectively. When the wind velocity is 0.3 m/s and the pressure drop is 18 Pa, the removal rate of PM2.5 by PP@40GO with solid content of 40 mg/mL is 97% and its quality factor (QF) is 0.194 8 Pa-1. The obtained GO film has excellent comprehensive performance. |
