为了及时处理油田开采中应用越来越广泛的螺杆泵井所存在的抽油杆断脱等故障,提高故障诊断的准确性和多故障同时诊断的能力,构造了一种基于模糊神经网络的智能集成故障诊断专家系统,并给出了系统的结构.介绍了模糊神经网络推理机的构成和功能,对综合知识库的结构和性能进行了简要分析,并设计了系统的故障诊断流程.系统经实际现场螺杆泵井的运行应用,取得了预期的诊断效果. |

In order to dispose some faults of screw pump wells widely applied in the oil field exploitation and improve the veracity of fault diagnosis and the capablility of multi-fault diagnosis,an intelligent integrated fault diagnosis expert system based on the fuzzy neural network was established,and the construction of the system was given.The construction and function of fuzzy neural network were introduced,and the structure and performance of the integrated repository were analyzed,then the fault diagnosis processing of the system was designed.The running application of the system on the practical field screw pump achieves the expected diagnosis effect. |
