为了解油漆工人对二苯甲酮(benzophenones,BPs)型紫外吸收剂的暴露情况,于2013采集哈尔滨市10个油漆工人和10个普通人群的尿液样品,分析尿液中2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮(BP-3)、4-羟基二苯甲酮(4-HBP)、2, 4-二羟基二苯甲酮(BP-1)、2, 2′, 4, 4′-四羟基二苯甲酮(BP-2)、2, 4-二羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮(BP-8)等5种BP型紫外吸收剂的污染特征.结果表明,BP-3、4-HBP、BP-2和BP-8普遍存在于油漆工人尿液中,BP-2和BP-8是油漆工人尿液中主要的BP型紫外吸收剂.油漆工人尿液中BP-3、4-HBP和BP-2具有相同的来源,4-HBP和BP-8具有相同的来源,BP-2和BP-8的来源不同.油漆工人体内BP型紫外吸收剂的日排泄量高于普通人群,说明油漆工人的工作环境与BP型紫外吸收剂的暴露有关,长期接触油漆、涂料等粉刷材料可增加BP型紫外吸收剂在人体内的暴露量.

Occurrence of benzophenone-type UV filters in urine of house painters |

Benzophenone (BP) type ultraviolet (UV) filters are widely used in paints, coating materials and colorants. In order to investigate the occurrence of BP-type UV filters in painters, 10 urine samples from painters and other 10 urine samples from general population were collected in Harbin City. Urinary concentrations of five BP-type UV filters including 2-hydroxy-4-methoxy benzophenone (BP-3), 4-hydroxy benzophenone (4-HBP), 2, 4-dihydroxy benzophenone (BP-1), 2, 2′, 4, 4′-tetrahydroxy benzophenone (BP-2) and 2, 2′-dihydroxy-4-methoxy benzophenone (BP-8) were analyzed. The results indicated that the painters in Harbin were widely exposed to BP-3, 4-HBP, BP-2 and BP-8. BP-2 and BP-8 were the major BP-type UV filters. For all BP-type UV filters in painters, BP-3, 4-HBP and BP-2 shared the same origin, and 4-HBP and BP-8 shared the same origin.However, the BP-2 and BP-8 originated differently. The excretion doses of BP-type UV filters in painters were higher than that in general population, which indicated a possoble relationship between the exposure doses of BP-type UV filters and the working environment for painters. Long term exposure to paint or coating materials can increase the burden of BP-type UV filters in human.
