为克服传统方法在研究煤热解动力学中的不足,提出分段法作为对其进行研究的新方法.以兴隆庄煤为例,根据分段法的思想并结合其热解过程曲线的特点,把整个热解过程的温度区间分为3个阶段.并针对3个阶段的特点分别建立了界面化学反应控速模型、生成物固体体积不变的内扩散控速模型、生成物固体体积收缩的内扩散控速模型来对实验数据进行拟合.结果表明,所建立的动力学模型能得到良好的拟合效果,并最终确定出了各阶段的相关动力学参数.使用分段法能很好地描述兴隆庄煤热解过程动力学,为进一步的数值模拟及扩大生产过程提供了理论指导.

Abstract: |
In order to overcome the certain shortcomings of traditional methods in studying the pyrolysis process of coal, a sectioning method is proposed in this paper. Taking Xinglongzhuang coal for example, the pyrolysis process is divided into three parts based on the thought of sectioning method and the characteristics of weight loss curves. The interfacial chemical reaction model, the internal diffusion model with the constant volume of resultant and the internal diffusion model with the shrinking volume of resultant are established to fit the experimental data, respectively. The results show that experimental data can be well fitted by the established models. Finally, the corresponding kinetic parameters are calculated for each stage. The sectioning method is successfully applied to describe the pyrolysis process of Xinglongzhuang coal, which provides a theoretical guidance for the simulation and expanded production.
